Washington Post: More Details of Arrest of McLean Resident
The Washington Post has a story this morning with more details of the arrest of a McLean resident and attorney on child pornography charges.
The Washington Post story says that Joshua Gessler, an associate at the Northern Virginia office of the prestigious law firm of Arnold & Porter, was actually arrested Aug. 9 and spent a week in jail before he was released Aug. 19 on his own recognizance.
Fairfax police did not disclose Gessler’s arrest until asked about it this week by a reporter for WRC (Channel 4), which first reported the story, The Post said.
Gessler lives on Nina Court in Broyhill McLean Estates. The 1300 square foot home is not listed in his name. Broyhill McLean Estates is 50 years old and one of the oldest subdivisions in McLean. It was built in two sections on either side of Dolley Madison Blvd. in the late 1950′s and early 60′s.
